Registration for the 2017-2018 KASHTAN School of Ukrainian Dance

Hello Kashtan Parents and Students!

We hope that you are getting excited for the Ukrainian Village Parade and St. Josaphat Festival this Saturday! A reminder, to those who want to walk in the parade – please be at the studio on Saturday morning at 9am!

As summer is winding down, we are gearing up! Fall means back to school, and back to Kashtan!

Kashtan Registration will be held September 5, 6, and 7, 2017 from 6:30-8:00PM in the Kashtan Studio.

Please follow the schedule below:

September 5 – Returning Tuesday students + new students

September 6 – Returning Wednesday students

September 7 – Returning Thursday students

****Please note that if you complete the registration forms that I have attached in this email, and submit them to me electronically, YOU DO NOT HAVE TO GO TO REGISTRATION!!…You can simply mail in the tuition, or send it with your student to his/her first rehearsal****

Outlines registration dates, times, and location.

Outlines class times, tuition/payment schedule, expectations.

Registration forms which can be filled out electronically and emailed back to me, or printed and brought to your respective registration day/time.

Outlines rehearsal dates/times for Zorya and Kashtan; outlines UCAA Meeting dates/times.

A reminder that Kashtan tuition includes one adult UCAA membership per student/family of students! ALL UCAA meetings are open to general members, and we encourage your attendance and participation! New this year, I will be sending minutes from our monthly meetings out via email so that you may be up to date on what the UCAA and its subsidiaries are doing!
